By placing an order through Verneza.com. you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
30 Days Return Policy
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@verneza.com. All you need to do is take a photo or video showing the issue within 30 days of receipt. If your return is accepted, we’ll either issue an immediate refund without needing you to return the item or send you a return shipping label or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return Or Exchange?
We offer free returns and exchanges on products if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).
If you changed your mind about an item or if you accidentally selected the wrong size, design, or shipping address, you are responsible for the return costs. and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.
Restocking Fee
There is a 15% restocking fee for all products. in case If you changed your mind about an item or if you accidentally selected the wrong size, design, or shipping address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a free cost within 12 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email. You may cancel as long as the product has not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after has been sent.
If you fulfill the "Order Cancel" criteria. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
